“I honestly get choked up when I think about only having one more year with Ms. Kelly and all of the amazing teachers my children have grown to know and love. The Shining Light staff has been the most loving and supportive group of teachers that I've ever met. My children feel safe, loved, and right at home in their care. Their programs have been impactful both academically and spiritually. The chapel program, and bible stories focus on their understanding of how much God loves them. My youngest daughter can be found belting out, "My God is so big..."on a daily basis! My three year old recognizes all of her letters, and can write many of them, and I surely cannot take any credit for that. “This preschool has been an amazing experience for my twin boys. They have grown so much emotionally, socially and academically. The director of the school (Ms. Kelly), is awesome with the kids and is very loving, patient and goes the extra mile for the kids. One of my sons had some behavioral issues, (having a hard time listening) and Mrs. Kelly would pop in for a class time visit to talk to him and encourage him to be a great listener and reward him each time he did with stickers. She is amazing, she also does some great chapel stories for the kids to learn. The school teaches through zoo phonics and this method really engaged my boys to learn there sounds and letters. The staff is great too and the school facility is very well kept. I would highly recommend this school to anyone looking.”
